    在中国稻/麦轮作FACE (Free-Air CO2 Enrichment)平台上,采用根际土壤溶液取样器来研究大气CO2浓度升高和不同N肥水平对小麦生长期间土壤溶液离子组成的影响。结果表明,高CO2浓度条件对土壤溶液pH值无显著影响,但却普遍降低土壤溶液中Cl-、NO3-和SO42- 3种主要阴离子含量;相对于N 150 kg/hm2施N水平,N 250 kg/hm2施用量显著降低土壤溶液中NO3-含量,同时也明显降低Cl-和SO42-含量。

    Abstract:

    Effects of elevated atmospheric CO2 and nitrogen supply on concentration of anion in soil solution were investigated in a FACE(Free-Air CO2 Enrichment)study. Soil solutions were extracted with the Rhizon SMS-MOM from a wheat field. Little effect of CO2 treatment on soil solution pH was observed in all cases. Elevated CO2 decreased the concentration of Cl-, NO3- and SO42- in the soil solution, but not significantly in statistics in most cases. Normal nitrogen supply not only increased the concentration of NO3- significantly but also heightened the content of Cl- and SO42- significantly in samples regardless of gathering dates.
