    摘要:

    土壤有机C稳定同位素受控于生长其上的植物类型及其生物量,而后者又取决于环境条件。因此利用土壤有机质δ13C值可以反映地质历史时期C3、C4植被变化,从而进一步揭示环境变化进程。目前,土壤有机C稳定同位素特征分析已成为古生态与古环境恢复、古气候重建、全球变化研究的重要内容。由于大气湿度、CO2分压、温度和微生物分解等众多因素的影响,土壤有机质δ13C特征、C3与C4植物组成比例、区域环境(主要是气候)三者间并不完全呈现一一对应关系,因此,其应用机理和影响因素尚需要进一步探讨。今后应着重加强现代地表植被特征与土壤有机质δ13C关系、人类活动方式对土壤有机C稳定同位素特征的影响、土壤-植物-大气系统C循环过程等方面研究,才能使土壤有机C稳定同位素特征研究获得更为广泛的应用。

    Abstract:

    δ13C value in soil organic matter is closely related to types and biomass of the plants growing thereupon during C3 and C4,and plant biomass,however,depended on the environment.Therefore,the δ13C value in soil organic matter can be used to reconstruct paleoecology and paleoclimate,and has been applied in studies on reconstruction of paleo-environment as well as global change.Owing to impacts of atmospheric humidity,partial pressure of CO2,temperature and microbial decomposition and so on,in some cases exact correspondence between characteristics of δ13C in soil organic matter,ratio of C3 and C4 plants and regional environment (mainly climate) does not exist.So mechanism and its affecting factors of the application of the carbon isotopic interpretation should be probed further.Stresses should also be laid on researches on relationship between the modern vegetation and the δ13C value in soil organic matters,impact of anthropological activities on stable isotope of soil organic matters,and C cycling process within the soil-plant-atmosphere system in the years to come.If so,the study of stable isotope in soil organic matter could find extensive application in a variety of fields.
