Based on the experiment data, calibration of ORYZA2000 model Was done for simulation of rice growth. Then, the model Was used to simulate biomass, yields and nitrogen uptake of rice. Results showed that the simulated values were in significantly linear correlation with the measured ones with coefficients R2 being 0.9638, 0.9511 and 0.8791, respectively. The modeling results showed reasonable fitness with the measured ones in biomass and yield. However, the simulation of nitrogen uptake by rice Was not good enough, especially during the panicle formation phase, and more research needed to be done.
