    通过施用秸秆并接种蚯蚓于微系统实验研究发现,在 21 天的培养期内,蚯蚓活动显著增加土壤 CO2 和 N2O 的排放速率,与对照处理相比,单接种蚯蚓处理与单施加秸秆的处理导致 CO2 排放量分别增加了 60% 和 1.35 倍,相应的 N2O 排放量增加了1.06 倍和 3.94 倍。另一方面,与单施加秸秆的处理相比,接种蚯蚓配合施加秸秆的处理导致 CO2 和 N2O 排放分别增加了 41% 和 45%。施用秸秆显著提高了土壤微生物生物量 C 含量,而单接种蚯蚓处理的土壤相比对照处理反而降低。接种蚯蚓显著提高了土壤 NO3--N 和 NH4+-N 含量,秸秆处理土壤并不显著增加土壤中的 NH4+-N 含量。

    Abstract:

    Short-term effects of straw application and active earthworm inoculation on greenhouse gases emission were studied in a microcosm experiment throughout a 21-day incubation. Straw application and earthworm inoculation enhanced CO2 and N2O emissions. Cumulative emissions of CO2 and N2O in treatment SE (soil only with earthworm) and SR (soil only with straw) increased by 60 % and 1.35 times for CO2, 1.06 times and 3.94 times for N2O, respectively versus CK (only soil) treatment. The emission fluxes of CO2 and N2O in treatment ER (soil with straw and earthworm) were 41% and 45% higher than SE, respectively. The value of MBC increased significantly in straw application but decreased in earthworm inoculation. The contents of NO3--N and NH4+-N increased significantly in earthworm inoculation, but not significantly in straw application.
