This paper introduced the field experimental results of “3414” fertilizer response to rice in 2008 at Jixi County. The theoretical optimal fertilization amount of N, P and K were N 144.38 kg/hm2, P2O5 38.38kg/hm2 and K2O 67.02kg/hm2 and the optimal yield was 9146.63 kg/hm2 under the ratio of pure N∶P2O5∶K2O = 1∶0.27∶0.46. The recommendation fertilization amounts were: urea (N, 460 g/kg) 322.34 kg/hm2, calcium superphosphate(P2O5, 120 g/kg) 314.84 kg/hm2 and potassium chloride（K2O, 600 g/kg）112.44 kg/hm2.
