In the rhizosphere micro-ecosystem of plants, microbes and soil, rhizosphere microbes facilitate the fertility formation, transformation and assimilation of nutrients, plant growth and control of plant diseases and insect pests. This paper discussed the influential factors of the construction of the rhizosphere microbes and their effects on the activation of soil nutrients and plant growth. We wish it could bring new thoughts and ways to the study of geoherbs and could guide the production and practices of herbs.
