    摘要:

    为探索高原生态区香石竹设施栽培土壤盐害的防治方法与技术途径,研究了农户、网络和公司 3 种管理模式下香石竹设施栽培土壤盐渍化特征,分析了土壤EC值与香石竹枯萎病害和立枯病害之间的关联性。结果表明:土壤盐渍化的主要成分是硝酸盐和硫酸盐,土壤EC值与全盐量、SO42-、NO3- 呈显著正相关;不同模式间表层土壤EC值高于心土层,整地翻耕在短期内能降低表层土壤盐分浓度;3 种模式土壤次生盐渍化程度为农户>网络>公司;土壤次生盐渍化可明显降低香石竹对枯萎病病原体的抵抗力,在一定程度上也可降低香石竹对立枯病病原体的抵抗力。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the methods and techniques of soil salinization control to Carnation facilities cultivation in the plateau ecological zone, the characteristics of soil salinization under three different management models, i.e., company, network and farmers, as well as the correlations between soil EC value and soil-borne diseases of Carnation facilities cultivation were studied. The results showed that: the main components of soil salinization were nitrate and sulfate; significantly positive correlation existed between soil EC value and total salt content, the contents of SO42- and NO3-; soil EC values of surface soil (0-20 cm) were higher than those of subsoil layer (20-40 cm); plowing can reduce the concentration of surface-soil salts in the short term; the degree of soil secondary salinization was in an order of farmer> network >company; soil secondary salinization can obviously reduce the resistance of carnation to wilt disease, and also can reduce the resistance of carnation to blight damage to some extent.
