    摘要:

    本文主要介绍了日本、韩国和台湾地区的肥料立法概况，并结合国际上其他国家肥料法的相关内容，剖析了我国肥料立法的现状、必要性及紧迫性，可为我国肥料立法提供有关依据。

    Abstract:

    Based on a brief introduction of the fertilizer legislative profiles in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan district and other countries, the status, necessity and urgency of China's fertilizer legislation were analyzed. It tries to provide a basis for fertilizer legislation in China.
