The ecological high-standard farmland construction specification of Anhui Province which is proposed to promote the modernization of agriculture and to ensure national food security, in accordance with relevant national regulations and technical standards. The specification covers the definition of high-standard farmland ecological, institutional aspects of the ecological conditions of high-standard farmland construction, measures of high-standard farmland ecological construction and management, agricultural cleaner production, quality and safety of agricultural products, farm management and protection requirements. This paper provided an overview of the present specification and focuses on the requirements for high-standard of farmland ecological construction and management techniques.
