    通过盆栽试验,研究了不同浓度褪黑素浸种对豌豆幼苗生长及镉积累的影响。结果表明:用50、100、150、200 μmol/L的褪黑素浸种处理后,豌豆幼苗的生物量、含水量、光合色素含量、抗氧化酶活性均高于对照,且豌豆幼苗植株的镉含量明显降低。当褪黑素浓度为200 μmol/L时,豌豆幼苗的生物量、光合色素含量均达到最大值;而根系及地上部分的镉含量最低,分别为6.72 mg/kg和0.104 mg/kg,较对照分别降低了20.28% 和46.39%。因此,褪黑素浸种能够促进豌豆幼苗生长,降低其对镉的吸收,其中200 μmol/L褪黑素效果最好。

    Abstract:

    A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of melatonin soaking on the growth and cadmium accumulation of pea seedlings. The results showed that the doses of 50, 100, 150 and 200 μmol/L melatonin treatments increased the biomasses, water contents, photosynthetic pigment contents and antioxidant enzyme activities of pea seedlings compared with the control, and cadmium contents in pea seedlings reduced significantly. When the dose of melatonin was 200 μmol/L, the biomasses and photosynthetic pigment contents of pea seedlings reached the maxima, and cadmium contents in roots and shoots of pea seedlings were the minima of 6.72 and 0.104 mg/kg, reduced by 20.28% and 46.39% respectively compared with the control. Therefore, melatonin soaking could promote the growth of pea seedlings and reduce cadmium uptake, and the best dose of melatonin is 200 μmol/L.
