    以茄子为供试材料,研究木霉生物有机肥对茄子生长、产量和品质的影响。本试验设四个处理:不施用任何肥料(CK),常规施肥处理(T1),较常规施肥减施30%化肥处理(T2),较常规施肥减施30%化肥+木霉生物有机肥处理(T3)。试验结果表明:T3处理的株高和茎粗高于T2处理,其中株高达到显著水平;产量方面,T1≈T3>T2>CK,T1、T2和T3的产量较CK分别增加23.90%、14.27%、20.19%,T3处理的产量较T2处理增加5.18%;T3处理的可溶性蛋白含量显著高于其他各个处理,与T2处理相比Vc含量显著提高;从经济效益分析结果看,T3处理与T2处理相比每hm2的收益增加8769.60元;主成分分析结果显示,不同处理下茄子的综合生长及品质排序为:T3 > T1 > T2 >CK,木霉菌生物有机肥替代30%化肥处理综合评价最高。聚类分析将4个处理分成3类,T1处理和T3处理归为1类,T1处理生长指标好,有最高的株高、茎粗和产量,T3处理品质指标优异,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和VC含量最高,两者通过比较分析综合评价得分相近。综上表明木霉生物有机肥替代30%化肥不仅能够有效提高茄子的株高、茎粗,而且还能显著提高茄子的可溶性蛋白和Vc含量,有效改善茄子的品质,同时对于增加茄子产量和经济效益也效果明显。

    Abstract:

    The effects of Trichoderma bioorganic fertilizer on the growth, yield and quality of eggplant were studied.There were four treatments: no fertilizer (CK), conventional fertilizer treatment (T1), 30% less chemical fertilizer treatment than conventional fertilization(T2), 30% less chemical fertilizer treatment than conventional fertilization + trichoderma organic fertilizer(T3). The results showed that the plant height and stem diameter of T3 treatment were higher than that of T2 treatment, and the plant height reached a significant level; In terms of quality, the soluble protein content of T3 treatment was significantly higher than that of other treatments, and the Vc content was significantly higher than that of T2 treatment; In yield, T1 > T3 > T2 > CK, compared with CK, the output of T1, T2 and T3 increased by 23.90%, 14.27% and 20.19%, respectively, and that of T3 increased by 5.18% compared with T2; From the results of economic benefit analysis, the benefit of T3 treatment increased by 8769.60 yuan per hm2 compared with T2 treatment; The results of principal component analysis showed that the overall growth and quality of eggplant under different treatments were ranked as follows: T3 > T1 > T2 > CK, and trichoderma bioorganic fertilizer instead of 30% chemical fertilizer had the highest comprehensive evaluation; The four treatments were divided into 3 categories by cluster analysis. T1 treatment and T3 treatment were classified into 1 category. T1 treatment had good growth indexes, with the highest plant height, stem diameter and yield, while T3 treatment had excellent quality indexes, with the highest contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein and VC. In conclusion, Trichoderma bioorganic fertilizer instead of 30% fertilizer can not only effectively improve plant height and stem diameter of eggplant, but also significantly increase soluble protein and Vc content of eggplant, effectively improve the quality of eggplant, and increase the yield and economic benefits of eggplant.
