    摘要:

    为探究南方红壤区不同母质土壤硒素特征及理化性质对硒有效性的影响。以广西典型红壤区为研究对象,通过对不同母质土壤硒形态特征及理化性质测定,利用AMOS路径分析模型及土壤培养试验,量化了不同因子对不同母质土壤有效硒的影响。结果表明:南方红壤区不同母质土壤总硒含量均高于0.4 mg?kg-1,其中以花岗岩母质土壤硒含量最高,有效硒含量以砂页岩含量最高,变幅最大,且整体有效硒含量较低。硒形态主要以残渣态和有机结合态为主,按不同形态含量由高到低均表现为:RES-Se>OM-Se>FMO-Se>EX-Se>SOL-Se。AMOS路径分析模型结果表明,对不同母质土壤硒形态分配有贡献的主要有全磷、有机质和pH,在第四纪红色黏土母质中全氮及砂页岩中速效氮的影响也值得关注。利用贡献较大的理化因子开展土壤培养试验,外源理化因子添加后土壤均在一定的时间及浓度条件出现了有效硒含量最大值,且不同母质土壤获得的最佳因子条件不同。因此,不同土壤母质因土壤理化性质的差异,使其硒形态特征存在较大差异,不同理化因子作用于土壤后,土壤硒会因土壤环境的变化而重新分配。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the effects of selenium characteristics and physicochemical properties of different parent soils on selenium availability in red soil regions of southern China. Taking the typical red soil area of Guangxi as the main sampling area, the effects of different factors on the available selenium in soils with different parent materials were determined through the determination of the selenium morphological characteristics and physicochemical properties, and the AMOS path analysis model and soil culture experiment. The results showed that the total selenium content of different parent soils was higher than 0.4 mg?kg-1 in southern red soil region, and the selenium content of granite parent soils was the highest.The parent material content of sand shale is the highest and has the largest range of available selenium content.The overall available selenium content were low.The selenium forms are mainly OM-Se and RES-Se, and the contents of different forms from high to low are as follows:RES-Se > OM-Se> FMO-Se >EX-Se >SOL-Se.The results of AMOS path analysis showed that total phosphorus, organic matter and pH contributed to the distribution of selenium morphology in different parent soils.The influence of total nitrogen in the parent material of quaternary laterite and available nitrogen in sand shale is also noteworthy.The soil culture experiment was carried out using the physicochemical factors with greater contribution.After the addition of exogenous physicochemical factors, the maximum available selenium content appeared in the soil at a certain time and concentration conditions, and the optimal factors obtained in different parent soils were different. Because of the difference of soil physical and chemical properties, the selenium morphological characteristics of different soil parent materials are greatly different. After different physical and chemical factors are added to the soil, the soil selenium will be redistributed due to the change of soil environment.
