    摘要:

    本研究选择福鼎市白琳镇、磻溪镇、管阳镇、太姥山镇和点头镇五个乡镇典型茶园土壤作为研究对象,分析茶园土壤中真菌群落特征及其对不同活性有机碳组分的影响。研究结果表明:①茶园土壤中易氧化态有机碳(EOC),微生物生物量碳(MBC),可溶性有机碳(DOC)含量均值分别为6.11 mg/g,200.85 mg/kg,68.27 mg/kg,EOC/SOC,MBC/SOC,DOC/SOC占比均值分别为34.05%,1.14%,0.42%;②茶园土壤真菌群落OTU数为点头镇>白琳镇>管阳镇>太姥山镇>磻溪镇,其中优势菌门为子囊菌门和担子菌门,优势菌属为原隐球菌属,被抱霉属,Pleuroascus,不同茶园土壤中的真菌群落组成结构相似,但真菌多样性指数差异显著(p<0.05);③真菌群落多样性特征方面,Simpson丰度指数与EOC,MBC,DOC存在显著正相关(p<0.05);在真菌群落组成结构方面Pleuroascus,Cpronia,Chloridum,Cladophialophora与DOC,MBC呈显著正相关(p<0.05),Moritierella,Westerdykella与DOC,MBC呈显著负相关(p<0.05);在真菌群落功能预测方面,腐生营养型真菌对土壤不同活性有机碳组分的积累起到显著影响。本研究的开展对于改善茶园土壤生态系统健康和肥力,构建低碳生态茶园有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    In this study, typical tea garden soils in five townships of Bailin Town, Panxi Town, Guanyang Town, Taimushan Town and Diantou Town of Fuding City were selected as research objects to analyze the characteristics of fungal communities in tea garden soils and their effects on activated organic carbon components. The results showed that: ① The average contents of oxidative organic carbon (EOC), microbial biomass carbon (MBC) and soluble organic carbon (DOC) in tea garden soil were 6.11 mg/g, 200.85 mg/kg and 68.27 mg/kg, and the average proportions of EOC/SOC, MBC/SOC and doc/SOC were 34.05%, 1.14% and 0.42%, respectively; ② The OTU number of soil fungal communities in tea gardens was Diantou Town> Bailin Town> Guanyang Town> Taimushan Town> Panxi Town, among which the dominant phylum were Ascomycetes and Basidiomycetes, and the dominant genus was Protococcus, Pleuroascus, and the composition and structure of fungal communities in different tea garden soils were similar, but the fungal diversity index was significantly different (p<0.05); ③ In terms of the characteristics of bacterial community diversity, Simpson abundance index was significantly positively correlated with EOC, MBC and DOC (p<0.05); In terms of community composition, Pleuroascus, Cpronia, Chloridum and Cladophialophora were significantly positively correlated with DOC and MBC (p<0.05), and Moritierella and Westerdykella were significantly negatively correlated with DOC and MBC (p<0.05). This study is of great significance for improving the health and fertility of soil ecosystems in tea gardens and constructing low-carbon ecological tea gardens.
