    摘要:

    研究土壤中有机碘的形成、转化、挥发及其影响因素对自然界中碘的迁移转化、生态环境、人体健康具有重要意义。本文基于前人对土壤中碘的相关研究,介绍了土壤中碘的形态和浓度,重点对碘与有机质结合生成有机碘的反应机理、土壤中碘有机化的影响因素和土壤中有机碘的挥发进行阐述。土壤中IO3-I-发生氧化还原反应,形成中间体物质(HIO、I2),中间体通过化学转化和生物转化两种途径生成有机碘。对土壤pH、氧化还原电位、有机质含量、酶活性、Fe/Mn氧化物及其氢氧化物浓度影响有机碘的形成进行总结。归纳了微生物和高等植物在体内生成挥发性甲基碘的过程。本文以期为研究土壤中有机碘提供数据支持和参考。

    Abstract:

    It is of great significance to study the formation, transformation and volatilization of organic iodine in soil and its influencing factors in the migration and transformation of iodine in nature, ecological environment and human health. Based on previous studies on iodine in soil, this paper presents the morphology and concentration of iodine in the soil, focusing on the reaction mechanism between iodine and organic matter to produce organic iodine, the factors influencing the organization of iodine in soil and the volatilization of organic iodine in soil. IO3- and I-in the soil undergo redox reactions to form intermediate substances (HIO, I2), which are transformed chemically and biologically to produce organic iodine. A summary of the effects of soil pH, redox potential, organic matter content, enzymatic activity, Fe/Mn oxides and their hydroxide concentrations on organic iodine formation. The process of volatile methyl iodide production by microorganisms and higher plants in vivo was summarized. It is expected to provide data support and reference for the study of organic iodine in soil.
