    近年来,由于化肥的持续大量施用,导致烟田土壤肥力不断下降,严重制约了烟草产量和品质的提升。酒糟是我国白酒生产的主要副产品,利用其发酵制作有机肥可增加土壤肥力,改善农作物产量和品质。然而,关于酒糟有机肥在烟田的应用以及对植烟土微生物群落的影响却鲜有报道。在本研究中,我们研究了酒糟有机肥施用对土壤化学性质和真菌群落组成与结构的影响及其相关关系。结果表明,施用酒糟有机肥改变了烟草不同生长时期(团棵期、旺长期、成熟期)土壤真菌群落的组成和多样性。子囊菌门、被孢霉门、担子菌门是植烟土壤的优势菌门。不同土壤化学性质都可以在一定程度上解释对照和酒糟有机肥处理之间的真菌群落差异特征,土壤有效磷则是驱动土壤真菌群落变化的主导因子。研究结果对于酒糟有机肥在植烟土壤上的应用以及提高烟草产量和品质具有重要理论和实践意义。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, due to the continuous application of chemical fertilizers, soil fertility in tobacco fields has been declining, and seriously restricting the improvement of tobacco yield and quality. Distillers' grain (DG) is the main by-product of Chinese spirits production, which can be composted to produce organic fertilizer with the advantages of improving soil fertility and crop yield and quality. However, the application of DG organic fertilizer to flue-cured tobacco and its effects on soil microbial community has been rarely reported to date. In this study, we investigated the effects of DG organic fertilizer on soil chemical properties, fungal community composition and structure, and the relationships between them. The results showed that applying DG organic fertilizer altered the composition and diversity of fungal community at different growth periods of tobacco. Ascomycota, Mortierella and Basidiomycetes are the dominant phyla in soils. Each of the soil chemical properties is able to explain to the fungal community variation between CK and DG organic fertilizer treatments to some extent, and soil available phosphorus was the key factor driving the changes of soil fungal community. The results of this study will play a vital role in facilitating comprehensive promotion in tobacco-growing field and improving the yield and quality of tobacco.
