    为了研发改良粉砂土壤团粒结构的新型方法,应用室内培养试验,研究了2种高分子材料(γ-聚谷氨酸、壳寡糖))与木醋液配施对盐渍土壤团聚体和酶活性的改良效应。结果表明:①高分子材料配施木醋液能够显著降低土壤pH、电导率,对土壤有机质有不同程度的促进作用;②0.2% 和0.4%(土壤质量百分比,下同))的壳寡糖与木醋液配施能显著提高粒径>0.25 mm大团聚体含量,促进平均重量粒径(MWD))提升;0.4% 的γ-聚谷氨酸与木醋液配施能显著增加粒径为0.053 ~ 0.25 mm微团聚体含量,降低粒径<0.053 mm黏粉粒含量;③土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶、碱性磷酸酶和蔗糖酶活性在高分子材料配施木醋液条件下较对照分别提升4.07% ~ 25.80%、68.24% ~ 189.76%、0.46% ~ 47.56% 和84.86% ~ 350.16%。高分子材料与木醋液配施能够促进盐渍土壤团聚体形成、改善土壤团粒结构和增强土壤团聚体稳定性,同时提升土壤酶活性。本研究对于盐渍土壤结构改良和地力提升具有重要的理论与实际应用价值。

    Abstract:

    In order to develop a new method for improving the aggregate structure of sandy soil, an indoor cultivation experiment was conducted to study the improvement effects of two polymer materials (PM) of poly γ-glutamic acid (PGA) and chitosan oligosaccharide (CO) combined with wood vinegar (WV) on the soil aggregates and enzyme activities of coastal saline soil. The results showed that, 1) The application of PM combined with WV significantly reduced soil pH and EC, and had varying degrees of promotion on soil organic matter. 2) The combination of 0.2% or 0.4% (soil mass percentage, the same below) CO and WV significantly increased the content of >0.25 mm macroaggregates and promoted the increase of mean weight diameter (MWD), while the combination of 0.4% PGA and WV significantly increased the content of 0.053-0.25 mm microaggregates and reduced the content of <0.053 mm clay particles. 3) The activities of soil catalase, urease, phosphatase, and sucrase increased by 4.07%-25.80%, 68.24%-189.76%, 0.46%-47.56% and 84.86%-350.16%, respectively, compared to the control under the condition of PM combined with WV. In conclusion, the combination of PM and WV could promote the formation of saline soil aggregates, improve soil aggregate structure, enhance soil aggregate stability and soil enzyme activity. This study has important theoretical and practical application values for the improvement of saline soil structure and the enhancement of soil fertility.
