    为了探究外源有机物料添加对石羊河灌区盐渍化农田的改良效果,以木本泥炭和腐熟秸秆为试验材料,通过田间试验,结合高通量测序,分析了不同用量有机物料添加下土壤化学性状及微生物群落的变化。结果显示:与对照相比,有机物料添加均能降低盐渍化农田土壤电导率、水溶性盐含量,提高土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量及CEC,调节盐基离子浓度,以木本泥炭9 000 kg/hm2+腐熟秸杆3 000 kg/hm2和木本泥炭13 500 kg/hm2+腐熟秸杆4 500 kg/hm2处理效果较好;添加有机物料能够改变盐渍化农田土壤细菌群落结构,显著增加变形菌门、放线菌门的相对丰度,降低酸杆菌门相对丰度。相关性分析表明,变形菌门相对丰度与全氮含量显著正相关;放线菌门相对丰度与有机质含量显著正相关,与水溶性盐含量显著负相关;酸杆菌门相对丰度与土壤pH显著正相关,与土壤有机质含量、CEC显著负相关。综合土壤化学性状、盐分及微生物变化情况,外源添加木本泥炭(9 000~13 500 kg/hm2)+腐熟秸杆(3 000~4 500 kg/hm2)对石羊河灌区盐渍化农田改良效果较佳。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the effects of exogenous organic materials on the improvement of salinized farmland in Shiyang River irrigation area, in this study, woody peat and decomposed straw were used as experimental materials, the changes of chemical properties and microbial communities of salinized farmland soil under different amounts of organic materials were analyzed through field experiment and high-throughput sequencing. The results showed that compared with the control, the addition of organic materials reduced the electrical conductivity and total amount of water-soluble salts, increased the contents of organic matter, total nitrogen, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and CEC, and adjusted the concentrations of base ions. The treatments of 9 000 kg/hm2 woody peat + 3 000 kg/hm2 decomposed straw and 13 500 kg/hm2 woody peat + 4 500 kg/hm2 decomposed straw had better effects. And the addition of organic materials changed the structure of bacterial community, significantly increased the relative abundances of Proteobacteria and Actinobacteriota, and decreased the relative abundance of Acidobacteria. Correlation analysis showed that Proteobacteria relative abundance was significantly positively correlated with total nitrogen content, Actinobacteriota relative abundance was significantly positively correlated with organic matter content and negatively correlated with water-soluble salt content, and Acidobacteriota relative abundance was significantly positively correlated with pH and negatively correlated with organic matter content and CEC. Based on the changes of soil chemical properties, salinity and microorganisms, the addition of woody peat (9 000-1 3500 kg/hm2) + decomposed straw ( 3 000-4 500 kg/hm2
