    农田土壤酸化严重影响农业生产,施用石灰类改良剂是治理土壤酸化的主要方法,但过量石灰的输入会引起土壤板结等不利后果。为开发绿色友好的酸化改良材料,本研究利用稻壳和牡蛎壳粉共热解制备磷改性炭钙基复合材料,采用盆栽实验探讨复合材料对酸化土壤性质与快白菜生长的影响。结果表明,复合材料可改善土壤酸性,在两种肥料剂量梯度下50 g/kg 复合材料处理组中土壤pH值从4.20±0.02和4.39±0.21增加为6.48±0.09和6.00±0.04。添加复合材料还能增加土壤有机质和磷等养分含量,提高磷酸酶和脲酶活性,降低重金属有效态含量。相比对照组,快白菜的地上部干重增加4.5倍,氮、磷、钾含量分别增加13.4% - 31.6%、119% - 141%和28.5% - 81.1%。综上所述,磷改性炭钙基复合材料可改善酸化土壤质量,缓解土壤酸化对作物生长的胁迫作用。研究成果为农田土壤环境综合治理提供科技支撑。

    Abstract:

    Soil acidification severely suppress the crop production. Lime amendment is the main approach to control acidified soil, but the excess input of lime causes adverse impacts like soil compaction. In order to develop environmental-friendly amendment, a phosphorus(P) modified-biochar composite (ROP) was prepared from rice husk and oyster shell powder, and pot experiment was set to investigate the effects of ROP addition on the properties of acidified soil and the growth of Chinese cabbage. Results indicated that the addition of ROP could mitigate soil acidity. In soils adding 50 g/kg ROP and two different doses of fertilizers, the soil pH was increased from 4.20±0.02 and 4.39±0.21 to 6.48±0.09 and 6.00±0.04, respectively. Meanwhile, the concentrations of organic matter and nutrients like P were increased in ROP amended soils as well as the activities of phosphatase and urease, and the concentrations of available heavy metals were decreased. For Chinese cabbage, the dry weight of aboveground parts of plants in ROP treatment was 4.5 times higher than the control, and the concentrations of N, P and K were increased by 13.4% - 31.6%、119% - 141% and 28.5% - 81.1%, respectively. In conclusion, the application of ROP can improve the soil quality, and alleviate the threaten of soil acidification to plant growth. The findings provide scientific supporting to the remediation of agricultural soils.
