    为了探究玉米秸秆生物质炭对硝态氮在土壤中迁移规律和滞留特征的影响,本研究以东北地区棕壤和黑土为供试土壤,向土壤中添加不同比例的玉米秸秆生物质炭(添加比例为1%、5%、10%),利用土柱淋洗试验模拟硝态氮在不同玉米秸秆生物质炭添加土壤中的淋洗过程。分别测定渗滤液体积,渗滤液中硝态氮的含量以及硝态氮在土柱中的垂直分布。结果表明:土壤中添加玉米秸秆生物质炭显著影响渗滤液流出总量和土壤渗透系数,二者均随生物质炭的增加而减少。土壤中硝态氮流出量随淋洗时间的增加先增加,然后减少,最后逐渐趋于稳定(除了棕壤添加生物质炭10%处理,黑土添加生物质炭5%和10%处理)。相同比例玉米秸秆生物质炭添加条件下,棕壤中硝态氮的流出总量远高于黑土中硝态氮的流出总量。硝态氮流出总量与渗滤液体积和土壤渗透系数极显著正相关。淋洗试验后部分硝态氮滞留在土壤中,棕壤中添加玉米秸秆生物质炭后,大部分硝态氮被上层土壤截留,硝态氮比例呈现上高下低的变化趋势;而黑土中添加生物质炭对硝态氮在各层土壤中的分布未见明显影响。研究表明,玉米秸秆生物质炭添加到土壤中能够显著降低土壤的渗透性,阻碍水分的迁移,降低硝态氮在土壤中的淋失风险,对于提高氮素利用率和保护环境具有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the effects of corn-straw biochar on the migration and retention characteristics of nitrate nitrogen in soil, this study selected brown soil and black soil in Northeast China as tested materials, different proportions of corn-straw biochar (1%, 5%, and 10%) were added to soils for a soil column leaching test to simulate the leaching process of nitrate nitrogen in soils, the volume of leachate, the content of nitrate nitrogen in leachate and the vertical distribution of nitrate nitrogen in soil columns were measured. The results showed that biochar significantly affected the total leachate outflow and soil permeability coefficient, both decreased with the increase of biochar addition. With the increase of leaching time, the outflow of nitrate nitrogen in soil first increased, then decreased, and finally gradually stabilized (except for brown soil added with 10% of biochar, black soil added with 5% and 10% of biochar). Under the same ratio of biochar addition, the total amount of nitrate nitrogen outflowed from brown soil was much higher than that from black soil. The total amount of nitrate nitrogen outflow was positively correlated with leachate volume and soil permeability coefficient. After the leaching test, part of nitrate nitrogen remained in the soil, for brown soil with biochar added, most of nitrate nitrogen was trapped in the upper soil, nitrate nitrogen content showed a trend of higher in the top layer and lower in bottom layer, but for the black soil with biochar added, not significant affect was observed in the distribution of nitrate nitrogen in different layers. In conclusion, the addition of corn-straw biochar can significantly reduce soil permeability, hinder water migration, and reduce the risk of nitrate nitrogen leaching in soil, which is of great significance for improving nitrogen utilization and protecting environment.
