    土壤有机碳是土壤碳库的重要组成部分,其含量可以直观反映土壤肥力水平。探究鄂尔多斯市土壤有机碳空间分布特征及其影响因素,可为推进区域碳中和与生态系统可持续发展提供科学依据。本研究基于土壤实测数据和CatBoost机器学习模型,估算了鄂尔多斯市不同深度土壤有机碳含量的空间分布,并揭示了其主要影响因素。结果表明:研究区0~10、10~20、20~30、30~50 cm土层有机碳含量均值分别为10.26、8.36、7.05、4.83 g/kg。在空间分布上,研究区土壤有机碳含量呈现东高西低的分布特征,且随着土层深度的增加,土壤有机碳含量及其空间异质性逐渐降低。土壤理化性质如pH和电导率等对土壤有机碳的积累与分布起着重要作用。

    Abstract:

    Soil organic carbon (SOC) is a crucial component of the soil carbon pool, and its content directly reflects soil fertility. Investigating the spatial distribution of SOC and its influencing factors in Ordos City can provide scientific support for regional carbon neutrality and sustainable ecosystem development. Based on measured soil data and the CatBoost machine-learning model, this study estimated the spatial distribution of SOC at different soil depths in Ordos City and identified the main influencing factors. The results showed that the average SOC contents in the 0-10, 10-20, 20-30, and 30-50 cm soil layers were 10.26, 8.36, 7.05, and 4.83 g/kg, respectively. Spatially, SOC content was higher in the east and lower in the west. SOC content and its spatial heterogeneity gradually decreased with increasing soil depth. Soil physicochemical properties, such as pH and electrical conductivity, played important roles in SOC accumulation and distribution.
