    永州是湖南烟稻轮作区重要的代表性烟叶产区之一,但目前由于土壤磷素利用率低,烟叶存在甜感不足、品质下降的问题,选择合理的磷肥类型及施用方式是解决这一问题的有效途径。本研究通过设置单施磷酸一铵(P1)、单施过磷酸钙(P2)及其与腐殖酸配施(P1H、P2H)的田间小区试验,以常规施肥处理为对照,研究了不同磷肥处理对烟株生育期农艺性状、光合作用、碳代谢酶活性和烟叶糖积累的影响。结果表明:P1和P2处理改善了烟株在团棵期、旺长期和成熟期的农艺性状,在旺长期P1处理效果更好,而团棵期和成熟期P2处理效果更好。P2处理对旺长期烟叶蒸腾速率、光合速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度均有显著提升作用,且增幅均大于P1处理。两种磷肥均显著促进旺长期烟叶还原糖和蔗糖的积累,且P2处理还降低淀粉含量;同时,P2处理增强蔗糖磷酸合成酶活性的效应强于P1处理,而P1处理显著抑制淀粉合成关键酶(腺苷二磷酸葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶)活性。磷肥施用提高了烤后烟叶还原糖和总糖的含量以及糖碱比,且P2处理提升幅度更明显。总体上,P2处理效果比P1处理效果更好,添加腐殖酸(P1H)可有效增强磷酸一铵在改善农艺性状、增强光合能力、提升烟叶糖分合成和积累以及协调烟叶化学成分等方面的效应。针对湘南永州地区烟田磷肥施用,推荐磷酸一铵与腐殖酸配施(P1H)的策略,可有效提高烟叶碳代谢效率、促进糖类积累,进而改善烟叶品质。

    Abstract:

    The tobacco-rice rotation area in Hunan Province is one of China’s most important and representative tobacco-producing regions. Yongzhou is a key tobacco-rice rotation area in Hunan. However, current challenges such as low phosphorus utilization efficiency in soil and insufficient sweetness and declining quality of tobacco leaves have emerged. Selecting appropriate phosphorus fertilizer types has become an effective solution to address these issues. In order to explore suitable phosphorus fertilizer types for Yongzhou tobacco-growing areas, this study conducted field plot experiments using ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (P1), calcium superphosphate (P2), and their compound mixtures with humic acid (P1H, P2H), investigated the effects of phosphorus fertilizer types on agronomic traits, photosynthesis, carbon metabolism enzyme activities, and sugar accumulation in tobacco leaves during different growth stages. Results showed that both P1 and P2 applications improved agronomic traits at rosette, vigorous, and maturation stages. P1 demonstrated better effects during the vigorous growth stage, while P2 showed superior performance at rosette and maturation stages. P2 significantly enhanced transpiration rate, photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, and intercellular CO2concentration during the vigorous growth stage, with greater increases than P1. Both fertilizers significantly promoted the accumulation of reducing sugars and sucrose during the vigorous growth, with P2 additionally reducing starch content. P2 demonstrated better enhancement of sucrose phosphate synthase activity compared to P1, whereas P1 significantly inhibited the activity of ADP-glucose pyrophosphorylase (a key starch synthesis enzyme). Phosphorus application increased the contents of reducing sugars, total sugars, and sugar-to-alkaloid ratio in the post-cured leaves, with more pronounced improvements from P2. Overall, P2 application showed better comprehensive effects than P1. Humic acid effectively enhanced P1’s performance in improving agronomic traits, photosynthetic capacity, sugar synthesis/accumulation, and coordinating the chemical composition of leaves. For tobacco fields in southern Hunan's Yongzhou region, the strategy of combining monoammonium phosphate with humic acid is recommended, which can effectively improve tobacco carbon metabolism efficiency, promote sugar accumulation, and enhance leaf quality.
