    为构建道地药材产地土壤养分质量的最小数据集(MDS),以亳州市谯城区白芍、丹皮、菊花、白芷4种药材地土壤为研究对象,基于125个样品的17项理化指标,采用主成分分析法筛选关键指标并构建MDS,系统评价了不同药材地土壤养分质量差异。结果表明:不同药材地土壤养分特征存在显著差异。白芍地氮、钾、铜、锌元素全量较高,但速效钾含量轻度缺乏;丹皮地速效钾含量及锰、铜、锌元素全量最低;菊花地钙、铜、锌元素全量偏低,而速效钾含量较高;白芷地有机质、碱解氮和有效磷含量最高,而速效钾含量严重不足。针对不同药材地构建的土壤养分质量评价MDS包含的指标因药材不同而异,且基于MDS的评价结果与基于全量数据集(TDS)的评价结果显著正相关(R2=0.686~0.821)。不同药材地基于MDS的土壤养分质量指数表现为白芍地(0.503)>白芷地(0.494)>丹皮地(0.483)>菊花地(0.414)。综上,MDS能够有效代表TDS对道地药材产地土壤养分质量进行评价,建议对不同药材地实施分类管理与精准施肥,以促进道地药材产地土壤养分提升与可持续发展。

    Abstract:

    To establish a minimum data set (MDS) for evaluating soil nutrient quality in genuine medicinal material producing areas, this study focused on soils of four medicinal plants: Paeonia lactiflora, Paeonia suffruticosa, Chrysanthemum morifolium, and Angelica dahurica, located in Qiaocheng District, Bozhou City. Utilizing 17 physicochemical indicators derived from 125 samples, key indicators were selected through principal component analysis to construct the MDS, allowing for a systematic evaluation of differences in soil nutrient quality among various medicinal plant cultivation areas. The results revealed significant variations in soil nutrient characteristics: Paeonia lactiflora fields exhibited higher total levels of nitrogen, potassium, copper, and zinc, but mild deficiency in available potassium (AK); Paeonia suffruticosa fields had the lowest concentrations of AK, total manganese, total copper, and total zinc; Chrysanthemum morifolium fields displayed reduced total levels of calcium, copper, and zinc, yet elevated AK; whereas Angelica dahurica fields showed the highest amounts of organic matter (SOM), alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen (AN), and available phosphorus (AP), but suffered from severe AK deficiency. The MDS indicators varied by medicinal plant type and demonstrated a significant positive correlation with the total data set (TDS) in evaluation results (R2 = 0.686-0.821). The soil nutrient quality index based on the MDS was ranked as follows: Paeonia lactiflora (0.503) > Angelica dahurica (0.494) > Paeonia suffruticosa (0.483) > Chrysanthemum morifolium (0.414). In conclusion, the MDS effectively represents the TDS in evaluating soil nutrient quality in genuine medicinal material producing areas. It is recommended that categorized management and precision fertilization be implemented in different medicinal cultivation areas to enhance soil nutrients and promote sustainable development.
