    为探究油菜秸秆还田条件下油枯配施腐熟剂对烤烟根际土壤微环境及烟叶产质量的影响,本研究以罗平县“油菜-烤烟”闭环栽培模式为研究对象,采用大田试验,对比分析了不同处理对土壤理化性质、酶活性、细菌群落结构及烟叶经济性状、上部烟叶品质的调控效应。结果表明:与对照相比,油枯配施腐熟剂处理明显改善土壤肥力状况,土壤有机质、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量及CEC分别提升了4.6%~13.7%、3.2%~12.9%、4.0%~18.1%、10.7%~57.9% 和3.9%~16.5%,pH提高了0.2~0.9个单位,脲酶、蔗糖酶、硝酸还原酶活性分别提高了2.9%~17.0%、3.5%~56.5%、0~50.0%,过氧化氢酶活性降低了2.4%~50.0%;各处理明显提升烟株根际土壤细菌群落多样性,优势菌群变形菌门(Proteobacteria)相对丰度提高了6.1%~37.8%,其鞘氨醇单细胞属(Sphingomonas)相对丰度提高了4.8%~90.7%,而酸杆菌门(Acidobacteriota)相对丰度降低了18.9%~50.9%;冗余分析显示,土壤全氮、有机质含量是影响土壤细菌群落丰度的核心环境因子;油枯配施腐熟剂处理有效提高烟叶产量和产值,改善B2F等级烟叶化学成分协调性。可见,油菜秸秆还田条件下,油枯配施腐熟剂在改良土壤、改善上部烟叶品质方面具有正效应,整体以油枯450 kg/hm2+腐熟剂45 kg/hm2配施处理调控效应较优。研究结果为消减产区油菜秸秆就地还田弊端提供了新的途径。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the effects of combined application of rapeseed-cake and decomposing agent under the condition of rapeseed straw returning on the rhizosphere soil microenvironment and the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco, this study took the “rapeseed-tobacco” closed-loop cultivation mode in Luoping County as the research object, conducted a field experiment, and compared and analyzed the regulatory effects of different treatments on soil physicochemical properties, enzyme activities, bacterial community structure, as well as tobacco economic traits and the quality of upper tobacco leaves. The results showed that, compared with the control, the treatments with rapeseed-cake and decomposing agent significantly improved soil fertility. Specifically, soil organic matter, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, and cation exchange capacity (CEC) increased by 4.6%-13.7%, 3.2%-12.9%, 4.0%-18.1%, 10.7%-57.9%, and 3.9%-16.5%, and pH increased by 0.2-0.9 units, respectively. In terms of soil enzyme activities, the treatments with rapeseed-cake and decomposing agent significantly enhanced urease (2.9%-17.0%), sucrase (3.5%-56.5%), and nitrate reductase activities (0-50.0%), whereas catalase activity decreased by 2.4%-50.0%. Microbial community analysis revealed that the treatments with rapeseed-cake and decomposing agent significantly increased soil bacterial diversity, with the relative abundance of Proteobacteria increasing by 6.1%-37.8% and its subordinate genus Sphingomonas increasing by 4.8%-90.7%, while the relative abundance of Acidobacteriota decreased by 18.9%-50.9%, respectively. Redundancy analysis showed that soil TN and SOM contents were the core environmental factors affecting the abundance of bacterial communities. These treatments effectively promoted the yield and output value of tobacco leaves, improved the coordination of chemical components of B2F grade tobacco leaves. In conclusion, under the rape straw returning to the field, the application of decomposing agent or rapeseed-cake+decomposing agent can improve the yield and quality of tobacco leaves, and the overall effect of 450 kg/hm2 rapeseed-cake + 45 kg/hm2 decomposing agent was better, which is suitable for rape-tobacco closed-loop cultivation in Luoping County tobacco-planting.
