    摘要:

    为明确宁夏西瓜连作条件下压砂地土壤肥力的退化特征,在宁夏硒砂瓜主产区中卫市选取原始荒地以及1~5、5~10、10~20和>20 a的压砂地耕层(0~20 cm)土壤为研究对象,探究不同种植年限下压砂地土壤基本理化性质和酶活性的变化特征。结果表明:①随种植年限增加,土壤压实作用造成土壤结构变差,土壤持水能力不断下降,土壤盐分呈线性累积趋势(R2=0.880 8),压砂地土壤有机质和养分含量均处于耗竭过程;②随种植年限增加,土壤脲酶、碱性磷酸酶和蔗糖酶活性呈显著降低趋势,但土壤过氧化氢酶活性差异不明显;③土壤酶活性与全钾含量呈显著负相关,土壤pH和全盐含量是压砂地土壤理化性质和酶活性的主要影响因子。因此,压砂地连作会导致土壤酶活性下降,土壤肥力呈明显退化趋势。

    Abstract:

    In order to clarify the degradation characteristics of soil fertility in gravel-mulched field under the condition of continuous cultivation of watermelon in Ningxia. In the main producing area of selenium-sand watermelon of Zhongwei City in Ningxia, 0-20 cm soil samples of the original wasteland, 1-5, 5-10, 10-20 and >20 years of gravel-mulched fields were sampled, and their basic physicochemical properties and key enzyme activities were analyzed and compared. The results showed that: 1)With the increase of cultivation years, soil structure was further deteriorated by soil compaction, and soil water holding capacity was decreased continuously, and soil salinity was in a linear accumulation (R2=0.880 8), and soil organic matter and nutrient contents were in the process of depletion. 2)With the cultivation years increased, the activities of soil urease, alkaline phosphatase and sucrase were significantly decreased, but no significant difference occurred in soil catalase activity. 3)A negative correlation was found between soil enzyme activities and total potassium content. Soil pH and total salt were the main influencing factors on physicochemical properties and enzyme activities in gravel-mulched fields. Therefore, the continuous cultivation of gravel-mulched fields can lead to the decrease of soil key enzyme activities and the obvious degradation of soil fertility.
