    本研究以贵州省主要烟草种植区(遵义市、铜仁市、毕节市和黔西南州)典型植烟土壤为研究对象,探讨不同植烟区植烟土壤有机碳含量、有机碳密度及固碳潜力的差异。结果表明:贵州主要植烟区植烟土壤有机碳含量和有机碳密度存在显著差异,黔西南州的植烟土壤有机碳含量(19.39 g/kg)显著高于毕节市(15.35 g/kg)、遵义市(15.53 g/kg)和铜仁市(13.65 g/kg)(P<0.05),遵义市的植烟土壤有机碳密度显著高于毕节市、黔西南州和铜仁市(P<0.05)。不同植烟区植烟土壤有机碳储量表现为遵义市(12.30 Tg)>毕节市(11.10 Tg)>黔西南州(5.83 Tg)>铜仁市(2.48 Tg)。遵义市、铜仁市、黔西南州和毕节市植烟区的固碳潜力分别为2.23、2.36、1.25和1.51 kg/m2。随机森林模型分析表明,碱解氮、全氮、全磷、海拔和pH是影响土壤有机碳密度的主要因素。综上所述,贵州主要植烟区植烟土壤具有较大的固碳潜力。本研究可为贵州主要植烟区固碳增汇策略制定提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In this study, soil organic carbon content, organic carbon density, and carbon sequestration potential in tobacco- growing soils in the main tobacco growing areas of Guizhou Province (Zunyi City, Bijie City, Tongren City, and Southwest Guizhou Autonomous Prefecture) were analyzed. Results showed that there were significant differences in organic carbon contents and organic carbon densities of tobacco-growing soils in the main tobacco-growing areas of Guizhou Province. Organic carbon content of tobacco-growing soils in Southwest Guizhou (19.39 g/kg) was significantly higher than that in Bijie (15.35 g/kg), Zunyi (15.53 g/kg), and Tongren (13.65 g/kg) (P<0.05). Organic carbon density of tobacco-growing soils in Zunyi was significantly higher than that in Bijie, Southwest Guizhou, and Tongren(P<0.05). Organic carbon storage in tobacco-growing soils of different tobacco-growing areas showed the order of Zunyi (12.30 Tg) > Bijie (11.10 Tg) > Southwest Guizhou (5.83 Tg) > Tongren (2.48 Tg). Carbon sequestration potentials of tobacco-growing areas in Zunyi, Tongren, Southwest Guizhou and Bijie were measured at 2.23, 2.36, 1.25, and 1.51 kg/m2, respectively. Random forest model analysis showed that soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, altitude, and pH were the important factors affecting soil organic carbon density. In conclusion, the tobacco-growing soils in Guizhou Province demonstrated substantial potential for carbon sequestration. This research can serve as a reference for formulating strategies aimed at enhancing carbon sequestration and increasing carbon sinks in the main tobacco-growing areas of Guizhou.
