%0 Journal Article %T 富硒花生品种筛选及外源调控花生富硒生产技术研究 %T Screening of Enriched-Selenium Peanut Cultivars and Study on Selenium-enriched Production Technology of Peanut by Fertilizing Exogenous Selenium %A 黄太庆 %A 江泽普 %A 梁潘霞 %A 邢 颖 %A 廖 青 %A 刘永贤 %A 潘丽萍 %A 陈锦平 %A HUANG,Taiqing %A JIANG,Zepu %A LIANG,Panxia %A XING,Ying %A LIAO,Qing %A LIU,Yongxian %A PAN,Liping %A CHEN,Jinping %J 土壤 %J Soils %@ 0253-9829 %V 50 %N 6 %D 2018 %P 1198-1202 %K 品种筛选;花生;外源硒利用率;含硒肥料 %K Screening of cultivars; Peanut; Utilization rate of exogenous selenium; Fertilizers containing selenium %X 本研究通过田间试验,测定不同花生品种的自然富硒能力及对外源硒的利用指数,然后通过施用外源硒,研究不同调控措施对花生籽粒硒含量及外源硒利用率的影响,为富硒花生生产提供技术参考。研究结果表明:自然条件下,12个花生品种春花生籽粒的硒含量在0.041 ~ 0.180 mg/kg,秋花生籽粒的硒含量在0.039 ~ 0.066 mg/kg,外源硒的利用指数为2.3 ~ 3.7。施用外源硒肥均能显著提高花生籽粒硒含量,含硒肥料基施、淋施和叶面喷施情况下,花生籽粒对外源硒的利用率分别为0.056% ~ 0.064%、0.23% ~ 0.25% 和3.74% ~ 4.99%。可见,不同花生品种间硒的富集能力和对外源硒利用能力均有差异,而叶面喷施的硒肥施用方式下花生对外源硒的利用率最高。 %X Field experiments were carried out in this study, selenium-enriched ability and exogenous selenium utilization index of difference peanut varieties were tested, and then the effects of different regulation and control measures on selenium contents and utilization rates of exogenous selenium in peanut seeds were studied through applying exogenous selenium to provide technical reference for the peanut selenium-enriched production. The results showed that under natural conditions, selenium contents in peanut seeds of 12 varieties ranged between 0.041–0.180 mg/kg in spring peanut, 0.039–0.066 mg/kg in autumn peanut. And exogenous selenium utilization index was 2.3–3.7. Applying the fertilizer containing selenium can significantly increase selenium content in peanut seeds, the exogenous selenium utilization rates of peanut seeds under applying fertilizers containing selenium as base fertilizer, drenching and spraying were 0.056%–0.064%, 0.23%–0.25% and 3.74%–4.99% respectively.
