    摘要:

    近年来,人为因素(如施肥等)加速了农田土壤的酸化,严重威胁土壤健康。土柱淋洗实验能够较好地模拟土壤中可溶性盐的淋失以及肥料(改良剂)引起土壤变化的过程,在土壤酸化机制、农田土壤环境风险评估以及土壤修复改良等方面的研究得到了广泛应用。然而淋洗环境、土壤及添加物性质等实验条件的不同,需要研究者根据研究目的自主设计土柱结构,制定实验方案。基于此,本文总结了国内外土柱淋洗实验研究现状,综述了近年来土柱淋洗实验在土壤酸化过程及酸化修复技术方面的研究进展,提出了土柱实验设计环节中需要关注的细节,展望了土柱淋洗实验在土壤酸化研究领域的应用前景,以期为该方法在土壤酸化研究中的应用提供新的思路和方法。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, human factors (such as fertilization) have accelerated the acidification of farmland soils, seriously endangering soil health and detrimental to global food production and sustainable soil use. The leaching experiment can well simulate the leaching of soluble salts in the soil and the process of soil change caused by fertilizer (amendment) entering the soil column, and has been widely used in the study of soil acidification mechanism, farmland soil environmental risk assessment, and soil remediation and improvement. However, the experimental conditions such as the leaching environment, soil and additives are different, so it is necessary for researchers to independently design the soil column structure and formulate the experimental plan according to the research purpose. Based on this, this paper reviews the research status of soil column leaching experiments at home and abroad, reviews the research progress of soil column leaching experiments in soil acidification process and acidification remediation technology in recent years, summarizes the details that need to be paid attention to in the design of soil column experiments, and looks forward to the application prospects of soil column leaching experiments in the field of soil acidification research, in order to provide new ideas and methods for the application of this method in soil acidification research.
