    摘要:

    针对江苏省连云港市徐圩新区盐碱地重度黏性的特点,通过原位田间试验对比分析了种植1年狗牙根土壤与裸地对照土壤,研究了种植草本植物狗牙根对重度黏性盐碱土的改良效果和机制。结果表明:在重度黏性盐碱地种植狗牙根可以降低土壤盐分、土壤pH及Ca2+、K+、Mg2+、Na+、Cl含量,增加土壤吸湿水、有机质与速效钾含量,同时还可以增加土壤微生物群落多样性和丰富度。总之,种植草本植物狗牙根对滨海重度黏性盐碱土壤的盐碱障碍消除和地力提升效果明显,改良成效卓著。

    Abstract:

    This study is to study the improvement effects of herbaceous plant (Cynodon dactylon) planting on the clayey coastal saline-alkali land. The coastal saline-alkali soil with and without Cynodon dactylon planting in Lianyungang City of Jiangsu Province was taken as the experimental object, soil samples of Cynodon dactylon planted for one year and the bare land (CK) were collected and determined. The results showed that Cynodon dactylon planting reduced soil salinity, pH value, and the concentrations of Ca2+, K+, Mg2+, Na+ and Cl-, increased soil moisture, the contents of organic matter, available phosphorus, the diversity and richness of soil microbial community. In conclusion, the cultivation of Cynodon dactylon has the remarkable effects on the removal of saline-alkali barrier and the improvement of soil fertility in the clayey coastal saline-alkali land.
