    抗生素作为新污染物在环境中的行为引起了人们的关注。一方面,土壤环境中存在大量天然抗生素;一方面,随着我国畜牧养殖业的发展,畜禽粪便中携带的大量外源抗生素及抗生素抗性基因(Antibiotic Resistance Genes,ARGs)随粪肥施入土壤,通过食物链的循坏,进入人体,严重危害人体健康。近年来,我国提出了“种养结合”循坏农业,促进农业可持续发展。有机物料添加是种养结合循环农业的重要一环,能够改良土壤性状、改变土壤微生物群落结构,进而直接或间接影响土壤抗生素及ARGs的迁移扩散。为明晰植物源有机物料添加对农田土壤ARGs扩散的影响,本文总结了近年来国内外的相关研究成果,阐述了植物源有机物料添加对农田土壤中ARGs扩散的影响机制,不仅能为有机物料资源化利用提供科学依据,也能进一步完善农田生态系统ARGs风险评价体系。

    Abstract:

    Antibiotics, as emerging environmental pollutants, have garnered attention due to their potential impact on public health. On the one hand, numerous natural antibiotics are present in soil environments. On the other hand, the rapid growth of China's animal husbandry industry has resulted in the release of a significant amount of exogenous antibiotics and Antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) through livestock and poultry manure, which can enter the soil and ultimately threaten human health through the food chain. In recent years, China has proposed the "combination of planting and breeding" in promoting sustainable agriculture development. Incorporating organic materials is a crucial aspect of circular agriculture cultivation, enhancing soil properties, altering microbial community structure, and ultimately influencing the migration and spread of antibiotics and ARGs in soil. To examine the influence of plant-derived organic materials on ARGs diffusion in farmland soil, this article reviews recent researches both domestically and internationally. It explains the effect mechanism of plant-derived organic material addition on ARGs diffusion in farmland soil, providing a scientific basis for the resourceful use of organic materials. This statement could enhance the risk assessment framework for antibiotic resistance genes within agricultural environments.
